Making a purchase – It is easy to make a purchase from our on line shop. Simply take your time to browse our range and when you find something you wish to purchase, click on it to add it to your ‘shopping basket’. Carry on shopping in this way, adding as many items as you wish. When you have completed your selection click on ‘check out’ and you will be asked to provide a few details so that we can satisfy your order.
If you are shopping from overseas, you can view all our prices by clicking on the ‘currency’ tab down the left hand panel and selecting a currency. This will give you prices based on published exchange rates at the time you are shopping, however, it is up to you the purchaser to contact your card issuer to establish exactly the amount you will be charged, as all our transactions are in GB£ sterling.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may supply your credit card information by phone, fax, post or over the internet. Please do not send credit card information by e mail as this is not secure.
If any items you select are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or e mail to give you an expected delivery date. You can decide if you would like to wait for the item to arrive, select another product or cancel the order.
Shipping and Handling - For our standard delivery service we charge £2.50 postage and packing to addresses in the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands, and we despatch by Royal Mail standard parcel post. For other destinations, we will quote carriage on an individual basis.
For our special delivery service we charge £5.00 postage and packing to addresses in the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands, and we despatch by Royal Mail special next day delivery. For other destinations we will quote carriage on an individual basis.
Delivery Schedule – We try to dispatch your order within two working days, subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation.
Back Orders – If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be contacted to advise expected delivery date and to give you the option to cancel your order.
Tax Charges – All prices include 15% VAT where applicable.
Credit Card Security – All credit card details are encrypted in the software when the order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Guarantee – All items offered for sale on this website are guaranteed to be in perfect condition. Unless otherwise stated all are brand new and as received by us from the manufacturer. We include all boxes, bags and certificates where provided by the manufacturer. Unless marked otherwise all products conform to current European safety standards.

Returns Policy – If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way you can return it to us within seven days. Please contact us before returning an item. The customer will be responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning an item. Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and include any bags and certificates supplied. The customer will be refunded, less any carriage charge paid.
